EVERYONE IS A BEGINNER AT SOMETHING AT SOME POINT.

Beginners Class (fundamentals)

Monday 5:15 - 6:15

What to wear: - something non restrictive and flexible. Please try to not wear anything too baggy. NOTE:  THERE IS NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR ALLOWED ON THE MATTED AREA.

What will you learn: - The fundamentals’ class will give you your principle techniques and methods to employ the rest of the martial arts. You will learn the base fitness warm up, the basis of body mechanics, how to fall properly and the core tools of The Spiders’ Web. This is the white belt to yellow belt syllabus (shown below). The warm up and exercises will help you develop your base strength.

Your progress and understanding of techniques will be recorded on your attendance card, when you have attained your white belt you can move up into the advance class on Thursday. How long it takes will depend on how much you practice, a rough guide is 3 months at one lesson a week.
